I have come to a conclusion today that I subconsciously enjoy causing myself mental pain. Why you ask? Simple. A bird called the eurasian swift. Of course this means nothing to any of you(not that anyone ACTUALLY reads this)with out knowing the fact that I, willingly, chose to draw this bird for my Baseline Project in art. A nice simple project. Easy and having no other purpose than to judge our skill level. Of course this is also meaningless without knowing what the eurasian swift looks like. Go google 'eurasian swift bird' and find the picture where it has one wing spread. That's what I chose to draw, like the subconscious masochist I am.

Today, I was doodling in English(very poorly, by the way). Now this would not NORMALLY be cause for the start of an inside joke, but alas, it twas meant to be. My doodle was of a fox, that looked like a cat. And, of course, my friend sitting next to me found it neccessary to voice that particular opinion. And hence it was named a fox cat. Also known as a fat, fot, cox, or cax. Now go back and pronounce all of those out loud. Any one who is old enough to get it, will get it. ...I can never look at my cat the same way again.

In browsing the wonedrful art today, I have noticed that NO ONE keeps the original plain old smily face avatar. Except for me. So, in fact, by making mine unoriginal, I have inadvertantly made it original. The wonderfully complex and nonsensical ways of this universe we live in.
